Discharge In My 3 Year Old

The Thought - I Will not Keep You Here

The authentic chamber-pop of these three musicians from Seattle, calling themselves The Thought is a rarity. These soft-sounding music of guitar, violin and drums, does not take long to unfold around him. Especially the voice of Ian Williams is remarkable. The slightly reminiscent of Mumford & Sons. The volume is devoted to the subject nature, animals, love and loss. All this is captured on I Will not Keep You Here .

The album swings back and forth between quiet, minimalist sounds of crashing and loud sounds. Feeling full staged each track. In Winter Kill there is satisfaction, despite feelings of loss and a failed love. There already is one of great talent to address this issue as well, without sacrificing authenticity. Despite difficult times we must not lose his joy. Something like that could describe the red thread. Epic moments set artful fashion.

Partial sadness in the lyrics is packed in cotton wool and features a typical folk-narrative style. You're Not Happy Here is perfect for a campfire. And Form and Color is a very intimate song about the feeling of discouragement.

Who could enjoy Freelance Whales have, here is another pearl in the music universe. Just a pinch of sweet, cute Are the songs on I Will not Keep You Here . This does not equal bad. Perhaps the disk is therefore even a bit better. In any case, this album does well in the plate rack and serve with any good meal with friends as a nice soundtrack.

I Will not Keep You Here appeared at 01 February 2011 about The Brass Tax Cooperative.
