Biggest Number Recorded

applause, applause!

We are nozzles often vain and sometimes a bit narcissistic. And so I also read from and in a matter of love my own text here in this blog. Coupled with my forgetfulness is this a fantastic reading experience - I'm always amazed even, what is happening all on board. Although I eventually times even this was. Early signs of Alzheimer's nozzle thus have a bit more favorable. It is never boring.

any case, I read for a long, hot and exhausting summer day aboard a blog post from the winter - and looked back with nostalgia. I love the summer, that's my whole season, but flying is still a lot of time in this miserable (I say now, but remind me again in the winter because when I turn over the bad snow chaos swear). Both Pax as well as a nozzle. The sun burns, boils the asphalt ramp and crowds of people push their way through airports and aircraft. The nose is the olfactory experiences with the class spoiled when entering sweaty PAXs / Technician / Cleaner / colleagues the plane and suddenly cooled by 20 degrees, releasing the smell of cold body odors. Or the air conditioning does not work (advanced off at the mention of a broken APU in the summer not even one - you know what I mean ...), and all the steam joint at 48 degrees room temperature in front of him and wait if possible, even on gay the slot in an hour.

So, we hold that the conditions are already marginal and lead to increased stress factor for crews and Paxen. During this period are specifically anyway. Who one or has been saving for two years on his package holidays, when they want to do something for his money. Yes. And has an expectation from here to Baghdad. So I finally sat herself as Pax in a holiday flyer in which decency probably the conversion to an oil sardine seating yet, so with relative ease - what the two 19 year old girl next to me but did not kill more. The two complained loudly about a corner - and the captain could no announcements and the jets would be stupid and old and all ... Which is in a private jet provides otherwise. But whether there may also sit in the binge-Mega-Park-Jürgen Drews-fan-shirt? You do not know.

Mystery to me these are also applause after landing. In particularly dedicated audience even applauded several times: immediately after touchdown, after the German adoption announcement after the English - and I was finally close to tears with laughter: additionally upon reaching the park position. Well, no easy task for the guys in the front cockpit - after tons of metal, Paxen and cases have been brought safely to the ground - to keep the finger position and not to roll unabated into the terminal building. I had this phenomenon sometimes even discussed on Twitter, and someone (forgive me, I can not remember who it was - the forgetfulness ...) asked in as great a surprise if this applause addiction, what would you do then PAXs if something is not there to clap - then all would boo the cockpit? Fatal landing in which there would have been booing to correct what I have, I thank God - ToiToiToi - hallelujah - never before seen, but many a time, if my neck had to once again believe in it, I would like to set too boos. But the hard landings will supposedly be the safest. And a colleague recently had the daring theory established that the hardness of the landing correlated with testosterone levels in the blood of the pilots landed - in short, the harder the landing, the more rrrrrrrr the cockpit! I can confirm this is not really, but at least I always cheer hard landings since then ...
